Status Legend

Incomplete: Contractor has not completed the online submission form.
Pending: Contractor has completed the form and it is now ready for Participants to verify and submit.
Submitted: Participant's claim form has been submitted online. If you did not upload your invoice at time of submission, please refer to your Incentive Submission verification email for next steps.
Under Review: Your submission is under review for payment.
Approved: Your submission has been approved.
Cheque Issued: A cheque has been mailed to Participant's mailing address. Please allow 2 weeks for delivery.
Cheque Cashed: Our records show that your cheque has been cashed.
Declined: A problem was found with the submission. Participant will receive instructions on how to correct the claim by mail within two weeks.
